| Gene Description | ZKSCAN1, zinc finger with KRAB and SCAN domains 1, (also referred to as ZNF139), is a member of the zinc-finger family of transcription factors (PMID: 25561801, PMID: 26722429). Overexpression of ZKSCAN1 (PMID: 25561801) is associated with gastric cancer and ZKSCAN1 fusions have been identified in melanoma (PMID: 26013381, PMID: 26314551, PMID: 30254212). | ||||||||||||
