| Gene Description | MSLN, mesothelin, is a glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked cell surface antigen that is normally only expressed on mesothelial cells (PMID: 31463062). Overexpression of Msln has been identified in a variety of cancers (PMID: 27863199), including malignant pleural mesothelioma (PMID: 32194667), ovarian cancer (PMID: 31980173), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PMID: 32174772), and colorectal cancer (PMID: 32107600). | ||||||||||||
