Gene Description ADARB1, adenosine deaminase RNA specific B1, is a double-stranded RNA-specific editase 1 that post-transcriptionally converts adenosine to inosine in RNA (PMID: 24289319, PMID: 31522671). Hypermethylation and/or decreased Adarb1 expression has been observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 32016472) and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 31491024).
