| Gene Description | OGA, O-GlcNAcase, is also known as meningioma expressed antigen 5 (MGEA5) and is a glycosidase that catalyzes the removal of the sugar moiety, O-GlcNAc, from proteins (PMID: 24769077). A FGFR2-OGA fusion has been identified in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 24550739) and OGA rearrangements have been observed in myxoinflammatory fibroblastic sarcoma (PMID: 26980036, PMID: 24705316). | ||||||||||
