Synonyms HPK1
Gene Description MAP4K1, mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 1, is a member of the MAPK4 family of serine/threonine kinases that plays a role in negative regulation of T-cell activation and proliferation, and regulates cell signaling pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis (PMID: 31766293, PMID: 15770651).
