Gene Description PDCD10, programmed cell death 10, plays a role in regulation of cell proliferation and senescence (PMID: 25655101), stabilizes and mediates VEGFR downstream signaling (PMID: 20371769) and regulation of ERK pathway (PMID: 17360971), and mediates the positioning of the Golgi complex (PMID: 20332113). A fusion with PDCD10 and RET has been identified thyroid carcinoma (PMID: 32326537) and decreased expression of PDCD10 has been associated with glioblastoma (PMID: 26490252).
