Gene Description PACSIN2, protein kinase C and casein kinase substrate in neurons 2, is a member of the F-BAR protein family that negatively regulates receptor-mediated endocytosis and growth factor mediated signaling, and plays a role in cell-cell adhesion (PMID: 23129763, PMID: 27417273, PMID: 11082044). A PACSIN2-BRAF fusion has been identified in pediatric langerhans cell histiocytosis (PMID: 28748614).
