| Gene Description | PIK3IP1, phosphoinositide-3-kinase-interacting protein 1, is a negative regulator of PI3K activity and may function as a tumor suppressor and negative regulator of T-cell activation (PMID: 22706993, PMID: 30429249). Altered regulation of Pik3ip1 has been observed to promote cell proliferation and migration of osteosarcoma cells in culture (PMID: 28549102). | ||||||||||||
