| Gene Description | H3C14, H3 clustered histone 14, encodes a member of the histone H3 family that may play a role in nucleosome assembly during DNA replication (PMID: 30165676). Mutations in H3C14 have been identified in pediatric diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (PMID: 29352018), and overexpression has been demonstrated in endocrine-resistant breast cancer (PMID: 26113056). | ||||||||||
