Decreased expression of PLEKHA7 has been observed in high grade ductal carcinomas and in lobular carcinomas (PMID: 26270346) and a PLEKHA7-ALK fusion has been identified in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 29883838). | ||||||||||
