| Gene Description | APCDD1, APC down-regulated 1, encodes a membrane glycoprotein that inhibits the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway (PMID: 20393562), and plays a role in vascular remodeling, blood-brain barrier maturation (PMID: 29154126), and adipocyte differentiation (PMID: 28242765). Increased expression of APCDD1 has been identified in colon cancer (PMID: 12384519) and decreased expression has been identified in osteosarcoma (PMID: 28698141). | ||||||||||||
