Gene Description CX3CR1, CX3C chemokine receptor 1, binds the chemokine ligand, CX3CL1 (PMID: 30628679) and is involved in angiogenesis and the recruitment of leukocytes (PMID: 30310518). Overexpression of Cx3cr1 has been observed to promote metastasis in gastric cancer (PMID: 25482732), prostate cancer (PMID: 30066854), and breast cancer (PMID: 30310518).
