Gene Description DDX11, DEAD/H-box helicase 11, is a member of the ATP-dependent, super-family2 (SF2) DNA helicases required for chromatid cohesion and proper chromosome segregation during mitosis (PMID: 24487782) and functions in unwinding DNA (PMID: 31935221). Overexpression of Ddx11 has been observed in melanoma (PMID: 24487782), lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 31413739), and may play a role in osteosarcoma (PMID: 32014424).
