| Gene Description | DLG2, discs large MAGUK scaffold protein 2, encodes a neuronal membrane guanylate kinase (PMID: 15952887) involved in NMDA receptor function (PMID: 12890763) and synaptic plasticity (PMID: 36613848, PMID: 21543610, PMID: 18936077). Decreased expression of DLG2 has been associated with 11q deletion in neuroblastoma (PMID: 32966799, PMID: 32312269), and DLG2 deletion has been observed in osteosarcoma (PMID: 30093633). | ||||||||||||
