Gene Description DPP4, dipeptidyl peptidase 4, is a glycoprotein and exopeptidase (PMID: 26284071) of the serine peptidase clan SC subfamily 9b and plays a role in the activation of T-cells and glucose homeostasis (PMID: 26671446). Decreased expression of Dpp4 has been observed during progression in castration-resistant prostate cancer (PMID: 30242112).
