Gene Description ARID3A, AT-rich interaction domain 3A, is a member of the ARID family of transcription factors that activates the immunoglobulin heavy chain (PMID: 20680960) and plays a role in the differentiation and regulation of B lymphocyte and myeloid production (PMID: 27522115, PMID: 26685208) and early differentiation decisions of embryonic stem cells (PMID: 25319825, PMID: 34570885). Increased expression of ARID3A has been observed in liver cancer (PMID: 36008383).
