Gene Description EML1, EMAP like 1, is a member of the microtubule-associated proteins family that is involved in the regulation of the microtubules (PMID: 34211111, PMID: 27911710) and potentially cilia formation (PMID: 31390572). An EML1-NTRK2 fusion has been identified in anaplastic ganglioglioma (PMID: 35395680) and an EML1-ABL1 fusion has been identified in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 15713800).
