Gene Description EPHB2, EPH receptor B2, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds to ephrin-B family of ligands and mediates downstream signaling, which is involved in regulation of cell proliferation and tumorigenesis (PMID: 19962662). Overexpression of Ephb2 has been associated with poor prognosis in prostate cancer (PMID: 31805710) and has been observed in gastric cancer (PMID: 32226496) and colorectal cancer (PMID: 30016858).
