| Gene Description | ETV4, ETS variant transcription factor 4, is an ETS transcription factor that plays a role in cellular proliferation, migration, and differentiation (PMID: 22425584). ETV4 overexpression has been demonstrated in several tumor types, including lung (PMID: 31670855, PMID: 31253395) and pancreatic (PMID: 30460327), and fusions with ETS family members are recurrent in prostate cancer (PMID: 22425584, PMID: 23634237, PMID: 23814484). | ||||||||||
