A JAZF1-SUZ12 fusion has been associated with endometrial stromal sarcoma (PMID: 16049311, PMID: 11371647, PMID: 18077430) and a JAZF1-BCORL1 fusion has been identified in endometrial stromal sarcomas (PMID: 28331900).
