A NFASC-NTRK1 fusion has been identified in glioblastoma multiforme (PMID: 24647444) and amplification and overexpression of Nfasc has been observed in lung cancer (PMID: 28418179). | ||||||||||||

Downloadable data from CKB is available using the FLEX version. CKB FLEX delivers CKB content as a
flat file or JSON, enabling CKB data integration.
