| Gene Description | FLNA, filamin A, encodes a non-muscle actin filament cross-linking protein that regulates cytoskeleton organization and function (PMID: 21169733), and is involved in diverse biological processes including platelet production and activation (PMID: 31471375), cancer progression (PMID: 24108109), and organogenesis (PMID: 12612583). FLNA and KMT2A fusions have been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 25892123, PMID: 19622092). | ||||||||||||
