| Gene Description | EHBP1, EH domain binding protein 1, encodes a Rab8/10 effector protein (PMID: 28028537, PMID: 30209220), which together with Ehd2 connects cellular endocytosis to the actin cytoskeleton (PMID: 14676205), and also plays a role in Glut4 recycling (PMID: 15247266), and lipophagy (PMID: 28028537). An EHBP1 fusion with MET has been identified in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 32897609). | ||||||||||
