| Gene Description | GPR161, G protein-coupled receptor 161, is a member of the class A rhodopsin family that regulates sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling and plays a role in development (PMID: 24599592, PMID: 29438014). Germline GPR161 mutations may be a risk factor for pediatric medulloblastoma (PMID: 31609649) and overexpression of Gpr161 has been observed to promote cell proliferation and migration in breast cancer (PMID: 24599592). | ||||||||||||
