Gene Description PLA2G15, phospholipase A2 group XV, is an enzyme with phospholipase A2 and transacylase activity that plays a role in lipid homeostasis (PMID: 30830753) and localizes to the lysosome and late endosome (PMID: 30077006). A NFATC3-PLA2G15 fusion has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 23251452) and lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 27058892).
