| Gene Description | FRK, tyrosine-protein kinase FRK, is a SRC family member that functions in regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, signaling (PMID: 23318459, PMID: 19652529), and plays a role in genomic stability through BRCA1 (PMID: 29156836). Mutations in FRK are associated with hepatocellular adenomas and lung cancer (PMID: 24735922, PMID: 21074287), decreased FRK expression has been observed in breast cancer (PMID: 29348886, PMID: 29156836), and an FGFR2-FRK fusion has been identified in cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 29617662). | ||||||||||
