| Gene Description | RAD54B, RAD54 homolog B, is a member of the SWI2/SNF2 family of dsDNA-dependent ATPases, which plays a role in homologous recombination in DNA repair and in the DNA damage response (PMID: 11782437, PMID: 25384516). Overexpression of RAD54B has been demonstrated in several tumor types (PMID: 25384516), including lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 31558081), liver cancer (PMID: 29956808), and breast cancer (PMID: 31612045). | ||||||||||||
