Gene Description WWTR1, WW domain containing transcription regulator 1, is a transcriptional co-factor, which is associated with organ development and cell differentiation (PMID: 18227151). Elevated expression of WWTR1 has been observed in embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (PMID: 27184972) and fusions with WWTR1 have been identified in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma and ossifying fibromyxoid tumors (PMID: 25961935, PMID: 27537276).
