| Gene Description | TIPARP, TCDD inducible poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase, is a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase involved in repression of AHR (PMID: 30373764, PMID: 23275542) and other transcription factors and receptors including Esr1, Hif1a, Myc (PMID: 32482854) and Ar (PMID: 33976187), and plays a role in immune response (PMID: 28213497, PMID: 27089381), cortex development (PMID: 31704703), and tumorigenesis (PMID: 32482854, PMID: 38011562). Decreased expression of Tiparp has been observed in breast cancer (PMID: 31695491) and increased expression has been identified in pancreatic cancer (PMID: 33475085). | ||||||||||||
