Overexpression of STEAP1 has been observed in various tumor types (PMID: 23142226), including prostate cancer (PMID: 24025158), Ewing sarcoma (PMID: 22080479), and lung cancer (PMID: 35346237), while decreased STEAP1 expression has been observed in endometrial carcinoma (PMID: 30714206).
