Gene Description GNRHR, gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor, is a G-protein coupled receptor for gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), which regulates reproductive functions (PMID: 22778172). Aberrant expression of Gnrhr has been observed in ovarian (PMID: 28122595, PMID: 27139372), breast, and prostate cancers (PMID: 30400009) and decreased Gnrhr expression has been associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer (PMID: 26550267).
