Gene Description TRBC1, T cell receptor beta constant 1, encodes the C1 segment of the beta chain of the constant region of the T-cell receptor (PMID: 33673033). Exclusive expression of TRBC1 has been demonstrated in Sezary cells from patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (PMID: 33049270), and is used in the diagnosis of T-cell malignancies (PMID: 29131157, PMID: 32333725, PMID: 33673033).
