Gene Description P2RY8, P2Y receptor family member 8, is a G protein-coupled receptor that promotes clustering of germinal center B cells (PMID: 26573295, PMID: 30842656) and regulates their growth in lymphoid tissues (PMID: 25274307). P2RY8 fusions have been identified in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (PMID: 35912172, PMID: 22484421) and P2RY8 mutations have been identified in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 22343534).
