| Gene Description | ARHGAP35, RhoGTPase activating protein 35, encodes the GTPase-activating protein (GAP) p190A, which regulates RhoA (PMID: 36516886) and plays a role in regulation of Hippo-YAP signaling (PMID: 29934311) and several cellular processes including cytokinesis (PMID: 19254711, PMID: 25359885), cell proliferation (PMID: 29934311), and migration (PMID: 11553710, PMID: 18502760). ARHGAP35 mutations have been identified in a variety of tumor types (PMID: 24390350), including endometrial cancer (PMID: 32457342, PMID: 30886832). | ||||||||||
