Gene Description NRBF2, nuclear receptor binding factor 2, encodes a member of the Atg14L-containing Beclin 1-Vps34 complex and has been demonstrated to play a role in the regulation of autophagy (PMID: 24785657, PMID: 25086043, PMID: 24849286, PMID: 28059666). A fusion with FGFR2 and NRBF2 has been identified in cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 33218975).
