| Gene Description | H1-3, H1.3 linker histone, cluster member, encodes a member of the histone H1 family, which binds to nucleosomes and plays a key role in chromatin organization (PMID: 23945933, PMID: 19059319). Mutations in H1-3 have been identified in follicular lymphoma (PMID: 24435047) and increased expression of H1-3 has been identified in ovarian cancer (PMID: 22201751). | ||||||||||
