Gene Description HLA-DRB1, major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR beta 1, is a highly polymorphic gene that encodes a component of the human leukocyte antigen class II histocompatibility complex, which is involved in the presentation of antigens to the immune system (PMID: 15823020, PMID: 22753017, PMID: 23392276). A fusion of HLA-DRB1 and MET has been observed in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 29527595, PMID: 32654927, PMID: 32716573).
