Gene Description HNRNPH1, heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H1, is an RNA-binding protein that regulates splicing of pre-mRNA (PMID: 27565210, PMID: 30003873). An MEF2D-HNRNPH1 fusion has been identified in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (PMID: 30171027), and overexpression of HNRNPH1 has been identified in multiple tumor types including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 27621578), and glioma (PMID: 21915099).
