| Gene Description | HOXA13, homeobox A13, is a HOX family transcription factor involved in embryonic development (PMID: 26552702) and plays a role in limb development (PMID: 8898214), urogenital and female reproductive tract development (PMID: 30649340), and fertility (PMID: 26552702). A HOXA13 fusion has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 12112533) and overexpression of Hoxa13 has been identified in various tumor types including lung squamous cell cancer (PMID: 31966409), gastric cancer (PMID: 30881033), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (PMID: 37563232), and colorectal cancer (PMID: 34075028). | ||||||||||
