| Gene Description | HOXC13, homeobox C13, is a homeobox-containing transcription factor involved in hair and nail development (PMID: 11714694, PMID: 12743702, PMID: 23063621). NUP98-HOXC13 has been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 12461755, PMID: 19665070), HOXC13 mutations have been observed in cervical cancer (PMID: 36833285), and overexpression of Hoxc13 has been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 37614427), lung cancer (PMID: 33427025), and melanoma (PMID: 22583695). | ||||||||||
