Gene Description HSP90AB1, heat shock protein 90 alpha family class B member 1, is a member of the HSP chaperone protein family that supports folding and stability of a variety of proteins (PMID: 26358502). Upregulation of Hsp90ab1 expression has been identified in a variety of cancer cells (PMID: 26358502) and an EEF1A1-HSP90AB1 has been observed in colorectal cancer (PMID: 31949199).
