Elevated serum levels of Igf1 have been observed in colorectal cancer (PMID: 31884074), dysregulation has been associated with resistance to chemotherapy (PMID: 32186268), and Igf1 may play a role in epithelial-mesenchymal transition in breast, lung, and gastric cancers (PMID: 30111747). | ||||||||||
