| Gene Description | IGFBP7, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 7, is a secreted protein that plays a role in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis (PMID: 29991293, PMID: 31183073). IGFBP7 deletion has been observed in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 28619711), decreased expression of Igfbp7 has been observed in cholangiocarcinoma (PMID: 29991293), and an IGFBP7-POLR2B fusion has been identified in uterine cancer (PMID: 25485619). | ||||||||||
