| Gene Description | IL2RB, interleukin 2 receptor subunit beta, is a component of the high-affinity IL-2 receptor along with IL2RA and IL2RG (PMID: 23352221, PMID: 15933202), and the IL-15 receptor (PMID: 23352221, PMID: 32393513), and plays a role in regulating lymphocyte development (PMID: 8547641), T-cell activation and proliferation (PMID: 32393513, PMID: 7770771), and autoimmunity (PMID: 7770771). An IL2RB fusion with MYH9 has been reported in Ph-like acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (PMID: 25207766). | ||||||||||
