Gene Description IL7R, interleukin 7 receptor, functions with IL2RG as part of the receptor complex for interleukin 7 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin and is involved in development of T-cells (PMID: 21892159, PMID: 21536738, PMID: 30670441). Mutations and overexpression of IL7R are associated with acute leukemias (PMID: 21892159, PMID: 21536738, PMID: 30154115).
