Gene Description IL13RA2, interleukin 13 receptor subunit alpha 2, is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor complex that mediates signal transduction through IL13, and promotes tumor invasion and metastasis (PMID: 21858811, PMID: 19887609, PMID: 30572904). Overexpression of IL13RA2 has been observed in various solid tumors, including glioblastoma and medulloblastoma (PMID: 30572904, PMID: 19887609).
