Gene Description IRF4, interferon regulatory factor 4, is a transcription factor of the interferon regulatory factor (IRF) family that plays critical roles in immune cell differentiation (PMID: 19383829). IRF4 expression has been associated with lymphoid malignancies (PMID: 19383829) and a DUSP22-IRF4 fusion has been identified in anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PMID: 24894770).
