Gene Description NCR3LG1, natural killer cell cytotoxicity receptor 3 ligand 1, encodes a cell surface molecule that binds to its receptor on NK cells, and plays a role in the activation of NK cells (PMID: 19528259; PMID: 29086181), and in tumor cell recognition by NK cells (PMID: 24780758; PMID: 23801635). Increased NCR3LG1 expression has been observed in glioma (PMID: 28415577), follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 23801635)
