| Gene Description | LIN28B, lin-2i homolog B, is an RNA-binding protein that regulates miRNAs and mRNAs, including members of the LET-7 miRNA family (PMID: 37304235, PMID: 29330293), and is involved in stem cell differentiation (PMID: 19038789) and pluripotency (PMID: 27320042, PMID: 27776272). Increased expression of Lin28b has been observed in a variety of tumor types (PMID: 19483683), including neuroblastoma (PMID: 32601179), gastric adenocarcinoma (PMID: 25197381), and oral squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 25858147). | ||||||||||||
