Gene Description | RHOH, ras homolog family member H, encodes an atypical Rho family GTPase that lacks GTP hydrolysis activity and negatively regulates other Rho GTPases and signaling pathways (PMID: 11809807, PMID: 20738848), playing an important role in haematopoietic cell survival and activation (PMID: 15494435, PMID: 18089848, PMID: 23850828), thymocyte development, and T-cell receptor signaling (PMID: 17028588, PMID: 17119112) . RHOH translocations and a fusion with BCL6 have been identified in non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a fusion with IGH has been in multiple myeloma (PMID: 10803463), and RHOH mutations have been identified in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PMID: 11460166). | ||||||||||
